Can’t login to account
- - Login fails due to email case differences at sign-up.
- - Support is automated with no human contact by email or phone; changing payment requires login.
Apparently when I signed up for kajabi I used different cases (lower case and upper case letter) for my email. Now I cant access my kajabi account.
The email for support has an unhelpful bot and I cant get a hold of a human by email nor a costumer service phone number.
I need to change my payment but I cant login. So pissed

Charged me for 400$ after I cancelled my free trial. Also, I never signed up for a 400$ plan, I agreed to pay 150$.
They have a help center that makes it near impossible to get them on the phone.
If this isnt something absolutely essential to your business DO NOT USE! There are plenty of other services that have much better communication.

I had problem with accessing my authenticator code, to login in!
Kajabi, reset my authenticator code, so I could login effectively. I happy with the results. It took time but its done.

My team member has not been able to login. I have reached out. He has reached out. We have done all the things.
Nothing is working so then I call and I just get a recording. Very frustrating.
We have emails that have been going back-and-forth for no good reason due to the fact that the issue is not resolved, I am super frustrated and this has been a big time suck. I think you guys should refund me due to the poor service.
