I received a pissed customer email from you. Ive never been a customer of Kajabi.

terrible customer service. The worst I have maybe ever experienced with any company for several days.
My team member has not been able to login. I have reached out. He has reached out. We have done all the things.
Nothing is working so then I call and I just get a recording. Very frustrating.
We have emails that have been going back-and-forth for no good reason due to the fact that the issue is not resolved, I am super frustrated and this has been a big time suck. I think you guys should refund me due to the poor service.

Can't get inside my kajabi, didn't get code on my phone
Hi, I tried to get inside my Kajabi, but I didn't receive the code that was supposed to be sent to my phone. I tried a few times until they said I had tried too much. I can't get in and can't work.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally gave me the refund.
I was incorrectly billed $472.43 on June 9, 2024. No explanation has been given.
While one of your representatives has apologized and admitted that this was, in fact, an oversight, I've been waiting for two weeks for a refund or response. This is insane. I've been a customer for several years and I cannot believe the lack of customer support I've received regarding this issue.
What is the hold up? I expect a refund within 48 hours or else I will contact an attorney to escalate this further.
