I have to talk to corporate support regarding my account then I wanna change

I keep having to deny my card because nobody else talk to me. Ive been with Punjabi for a long time I feel this is very poor system.

Customer service is so bad. Kajabi doesn't care about customers just company success. Getting help with stuff that broke based on there platform is unacceptable.

Can’t login to account

Unauthorized Charge

I had problem with accessing my authenticator code, to login in!

Kajabi, reset my authenticator code, so I could login effectively. I happy with the results. It took time but its done.

My team member has not been able to login. I have reached out. He has reached out. We have done all the things.

Nothing is working so then I call and I just get a recording. Very frustrating.

We have emails that have been going back-and-forth for no good reason due to the fact that the issue is not resolved, I am super frustrated and this has been a big time suck. I think you guys should refund me due to the poor service.

It's an urgent matter, and yet there is no response. More and more, it shows me that customer service is fundamental for any company to take note of.
